Please check the Secretary of State’s office : https:// www.in.gov for state requirements and https://www.hamiltoncounty.in.gov for county requirements. Most food service businesses do require a Hamilton County Health Department certificate. For further information, please check with Hamilton County and the State of Indiana for their requirements.
