The City of Fishers has announced Freedom Mortgage as the presenting sponsor for the inaugural Spark!Fishers celebration on June 30. The community-led festival will offer a fresh twist on a favorite summer tradition and celebrate what it means to be uniquely Fishers.

On Friday, June 29, start the celebration early with a special AMP After Dark concert presented by The Mix 107.9 at Saxony Fields at Witten Park starring 90’s favorite national recording act, Sugar Ray and introducing Ryan Ahlwardt formerly of Straight No Chaser. This is a free but ticketed event. Learn how to secure tickets here.


On Saturday, a festival in the heart of the Nickel Plate District will include many of the family-friendly activities that residents have come to cherish as part of their Fourth of July celebration.

5K Walk/Run presented by The MAX Challenge 
8 AM | Municipal Complex | Adults: $35, Kids 12 & Under: $25 | Register Here 

Fishers Farmers’ Market sponsored by IU Health Saxony 
8 AM – Noon | Hamilton East Public Library Parking Lot

Opening Ceremony 
11 AM | Stars Stage at Liberty Plaza

Street Festival  
11 AM – 10 PM | Nickel Plate District | Learn More

Enjoy over 100 vendors, live entertainment on the Stars Stage sponsored by KSM Consulting, Hoosier Park Racing & Casino, and The Hagerman Group, and the Stripes Stage sponsored by Cook Realty & Associates and Ed Martin Automotive Group.

Parade*  
7 – 9 PM | Starts at Lantern Road & Technology Way | Sensory friendly viewing area available at Meyer Najem (11787 Lantern Road)

Fireworks*  
10 PM | Viewing locations at Holland Park & Nickel Plate District | Sensory friendly area available at Meyer Najem (11787 Lantern Road)

*Parade and Fireworks rain makeup date is Sunday, July 1.
