[ARCHIVED] Fishers Police Arrest Two Burglary Suspects

July 5, 2022

 Fishers, (Indiana): Fishers police arrest two burglary suspects with possible connections to a South American Theft Group.

 Yesterday evening at approximately 10:30pm Fishers police officers responded to a residential alarm in the 15600 Block of Allistair Drive. As officers arrived, they observed two men running away. Officers quickly established a perimeter and began searching for the suspects. One suspect was located and taken into custody without incident. The second suspect was apprehended by Fishers Police K9 Rexo and sustained a minor injury. Both suspects were medically evaluated by Paramedics with the Fishers Fire Department and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.

                        Resisting Law Enforcement “A” Misdemeanor

                        Possession of a False Government Identification “A” Misdemeanor

Held:              Hamilton County Jail

Arrested #2: Jhon Jairo Lopera Munoz

                        33 years old

                        New York, NY

Charge(s):    Burglary of a Dwelling Level 4 Felony

                        Resisting Law Enforcement “A” Misdemeanor

                        Possession of a False Government Identification “A” Misdemeanor

Held:              Hamilton County Jail

 

             A charge is merely an accusation, and the arrested person(s) is presumed innocent until proven guilty
