UPDATE: April Meeting

The upcoming Fall Creek Board of Zoning Appeals meeting on Thursday, April 23 will be held at City Hall at 6 p.m.

The City of Fishers recommends that residents follow the recently released guidelines to avoid gatherings and meeting due to the risk of COVID-19.

For those interested in providing public comment, the City of Fishers established a form to submit your comment(s), which will be read during the meeting. Questions can be directed to City Hall at 317-595-3111.

Purpose

The board is charged with the responsibility of hearing appeals, requests for variances to the land use zoning regulations of the city, and requests for conditional uses in the unincorporated area of Fall Creek Township which falls under Fishers Planning and Zoning jurisdiction. The board conducts public hearings for citizen input in order to make their decisions.
