How to Pay Your Bill

Fishers Utilities customers have multiple ways to pay their stormwater bill: 

  1. Via mail: mail your check, Payable to Fishers Stormwater Utility, to P.O. Box 2365, Indianapolis, IN 46206 along with the remittance coupon located on the bottom third of your statement and include your account number on the memo line of the check. No convenience fee applies.
  2. Via online: visit fishers.in.us/utilitypay and access your online account.
    1. Pay via ACH/EFT. No fee applies.
    2. Pay via credit card. $2.95 convenience fee applies to all credit cards
    3. Pay via e-check. A $1.95 fee applies for all e-checks.
  3. Via bank or credit union: use your financial institution's bill pay services. Convenience fees will be determined by your financial institution.
  4. Via in-person: visit the City Services Building at 3 Municipal Dr. to pay by cash only. City Services is open M-F 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Excluding holidays.

Billing Timeline

Residential

Fishers Utilities bills property owners ONCE YEARLY. This bill comes directly to property owners on record per the Hamilton County Assessor's Office. Residential stormwater bills are mailed by the end of the first quarter annually. Stormwater fees are not paid through property taxes.

Commercial 

Commercial stormwater service is billed quarterly. The bill is tied to the property owner and not the tenant. If you are the property owner, it is your responsibility to pay Fishers Utilities. Tenants should contact property owners with questions or concerns.
